Fixing Bracket 44 is a heavy-duty, galvanised steel drop wire bracket featuring an “L” shape design with a welded loop and a pre-drilled plate for secure mounting.
It is typically installed by maintenance engineers on timber or brickwork at the end user’s premises where additional height clearance is needed for drop wire installations.
Designed for use in telecoms and utility settings, this bracket allows for safe and reliable drop wire support when higher elevation is necessary. On bare brickwork (without cladding or render), it should be secured using two Bolt Expanding 2A fixings.
Manufactured by Barton International in corrosion-resistant galvanised steel, the bracket offers long-term durability and structural integrity, even in exposed outdoor environments. It supports maximum spans of up to 68 metres.
