Metal Welding and Assembly

Metal Welding and assembly is a metal fabrication process were metal is fused together.

This is achieved through extremely high heat, achieving melting point to enable weld.

There are several different energy sources for welding including a gas flame, an electric arc, a laser, an electron beam, friction, and ultrasound.

Metal welding processes without additional filler materials, the composition of the welded metal remains consistent with the primary metal material, ensuring structural integrity and uniformity. Whether for construction, manufacturing, or repairs, welding offers versatile solutions for metal fabrication needs.

Metal Welding is used across numerous industries for fabrication, repair, and construction purposes. It is critical in manufacturing equipment, constructing buildings and infrastructure, fabricating metal components for vehicles and aerospace, and even in artistic metalwork.
